This privacy policy is valid for the mobile application published under the name "EliteBy" on Google Play Store. The application has been developed and published by Enes Furkan Orta.

1. IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

This privacy policy applies to the mobile application published under the name "EliteBy" on Google Play Store. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the personal data of EliteBy application users are processed by Enes Furkan Orta (registered as a developer on Google Play Store) as the data controller within the scope described below.

2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Receiving and evaluating appointment requests for EliteBy private vehicle service
• Communicating with the user regarding the appointment process
• Planning the service and carrying out operational processes
• Fulfilling legal obligations
• Conducting security and audit activities

3. TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

The following personal data is processed within the scope of the application:

• Contact Information: Phone number, email address
• Location Information: Address information where the service will be provided
• Service Information: Vehicle type preference, number of extra protection personnel requested
• Appointment Information: Appointment date, time and generated appointment number

Name and surname information is not collected within the scope of the application.

4. METHOD AND LEGAL BASIS FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is collected electronically and automatically through the mobile application.

Legal reasons:

• Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK art.5/2-c)
• Legitimate interests of the data controller (KVKK art.5/2-f)
• Being explicitly stipulated in laws (KVKK art.5/2-a)

In cases requiring explicit consent, separate approval is obtained from the user.

5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data;

• To business partners and service providers if necessary within the scope of service performance
• To authorized public institutions and organizations within the framework of legal obligations
• To authorized authorities within the scope of court decisions and legal processes

may be transferred in accordance with KVKK.

6. DATA SECURITY

Necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to ensure the security of your personal data. Data is protected against unauthorized access, loss and unlawful use.

7. RETENTION PERIOD

Your personal data is stored for the period required by the processing purpose.

• Data related to appointments are automatically deleted within 7 days from the appointment date.
• Data that must be kept within the scope of legal obligations are kept for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation.

8. YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT

In accordance with Article 11 of KVKK;

• Learning whether your personal data is processed
• Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose
• Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad
• Requesting correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data
• Requesting deletion or destruction when conditions are met
• Requesting notification of transactions to third parties to whom they are transferred
• Requesting compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing
